Work Processes

Beaming preparation

The first beaming phase involves preparing the beam (large spool with several yarns) to be loaded onto our frames. Machine control is fully electronic, with a high level of quality control via laser.

Beaming

Beams can have a varied number of yarns depending on the job to be completed. This is why the beaming machine can manage hundreds of small spools, and winds the yarn for each one separately on every beam.

Production

The Raschel frame is now ready for several beams to be added, textile production can commence, and the electronic frame control and laserstop support result in a high level of quality.

Tailor-made

There are no standard solutions. Each customer will have a specific need that requires a customised solution. Understanding actual customer requirements can sometimes completely change the type of production required, both in terms of the raw materials and the pattern and warp of the finished textile. Our task is always to best adapt our operations to customer requirements, by engaging with the customer and sometimes finding out about the use of textiles for specific netting, in line with specific needs. Some products specially requested by customers may also be finished (heat-set, starched) and dyed at accredited dyeing facilities.

Raw materials

The main raw materials used are as follows:

  • textured polyester
  • HT polyester
  • FR polyester
  • monofilament polyester
  • GRS polyester

(termofissatti, apprettati) e tinti presso tintorie esterne certificate.
